Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores bagvedliggende systemer, varsler vi et servicevindue. I servicevinduet skal vi arbejde på vores L4-miljø, der blandt andet håndterer kald og Skype for Business-aktivitet for størstedelen af vores kunder.

Vi kan desværre ikke her angive, hvilket miljø I ligger på. Har I kritisk telefoni i servicevinduets tidsrum, bør I kontakte TDC Cloud Support og få aktiveret viderestilling til mobile ringegrupper i tidsrummet.

Vi vil desuden tage direkte kontakt til de kunder, som vi vurderer kritiske, samt kunder, der ikke ligger på L4.

Vi beklager eventuelle gener, arbejdet medfører.

Hvornår?
Fra onsdag den 10. april klokken 20.00 og 9 timer frem - indtil torsdag morgen klokken 05.00.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
Fra klokken 20.00 til 24.00 vil der kunne opstå udfald på opkald og videokonferencer, der har kørt i mere end 10 minutter. Man vil dog umiddelbart efter udfaldet kunne genoprette forbindelsen.

Fra klokken 24.00 til klokken 05.00 kan der opstå nedetid af længere varighed, hvor man slet ikke vil kunne tilgå Skype for Business-services.

Vi anbefaler alle berørte kunder, der har kritisk telefoni i tidsrummet, at få viderestilling til mobile ringegrupper aktiveret. Det kan I gøre ved at kontakte TDC Cloud Support.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og løsningen vil virke som før.

Scheduled maintenance: Work on our L4 environment – potential downtime on all Skype for Business services

As part of our efforts to maintain and further improve our underlying systems, we hereby announce a service window. During the service window we will work on our L4 environment, which among other things handles call and Skype for Business activity for most of our customers.

Unfortunately, we cannot specify here which environment you are in. If you have critical telephony during the service window period, we recommend that you contact TDC Cloud Support to activate call forwarding to mobile call groups during the period.

We will also contact customers that we consider critical, as well as customers who are not on L4, directly.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the work.

When?
From Wednesday 10 April at 20:00 and the next 9 hours - until Thursday morning at 05:00.

What does this mean to you?
From 20:00 to 24:00, calls and video conferences active for more than 10 minutes may be dropped. You will, however, be able to restore the connection immediately after the drop.

From 24:00 to 05:00, longer downtime may occur in which all Skype for Business services will be completely unavailable.

We recommend that all affected customers, who have critical telephony during the above time, activate call forwarding to mobile call groups. You do this by contacting TDC Cloud Support.

Once the maintenance window has been completed, there is no need for action on your end – the solution will return to normal operation.
