Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores systemer, varsler vi et servicevindue. I servicevinduet skal vi arbejde på vores centrale IP-netværksinfrastruktur på tværs af vores datacentre.

Dette er hovednerven i vores drift, og arbejdet vil resultere i driftsforstyrrelser på alle vores løsninger.

Vi beklager på forhånd eventuelle gener, arbejdet medfører.

Hvornår?
Fra lørdag den 2. februar klokken 22.00 og 10 timer frem – indtil klokken 08.00 søndag morgen den 3. februar.

Hovedparten af forstyrrelserne vil dog forekomme mellem midnat og 04:00.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
I tidsrummet vil der forekomme driftsforstyrrelser og nedetid på op til 15 minutter ad gangen på alle vores løsninger.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og løsningen vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems, we hereby schedule a maintenance window. The window will allow us to work on our core IP network across our data centres.

This is the backbone of our operation, and the work will result in outages on all our services.

We apologise in advance for any inconveniences caused by the work.

When?
From Saturday 2 February at 10:00 PM and the following 10 hours - until 08:00 AM Sunday morning on the 3 February.

Most of the downtime will, however, occur between midnight and 04:00 AM.

What does this mean to you?
During the maintenance window you will experience interruptions and outages of up to 15 minutes on all our platforms and services.

Once the maintenance window has been completed, there is no need for action on your end – the solution will return to normal operation.
