Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores systemer varsler vi et servicevindue. I servicevinduet skal vi opdatere vores centrale kaldshåndteringssoftware.

Arbejdet vil medføre driftsforstyrrelser på alle vores løsninger og også på opkald til og fra mobiltelefoner. Forstyrrelserne vil dog være af kortere varighed - højst 10 minutter.

Vi beklager på forhånd eventuelle gener, arbejdet medfører.

Hvornår?
Fra tirsdag den 15. december klokken 22.00 og to timer frem – indtil midnat.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
I tidsrummet kan du opleve driftsforstyrrelser på alle vores løsninger, herunder også på kald til og fra mobiltelefoner.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og jeres løsninger vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems, we hereby schedule a maintenance window. The window will allow us to work on our core call handling software.

The work will entail operational disruptions to all our solutions, including calls to and from mobile phones. The disruptions will, however, be short - a maximum of 10 minutes.

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the work.

When?
From Tuesday 15 December at 10:00 PM and the following 2 hours - until midnight.

What does this mean to you?
During the maintenance window you may experience short disruptions on all of our solutions, including on calls to and from mobile phones.

Once the maintenance window has been completed, there is no need for action on your end – the solution will return to normal operation.

Resolved - Vi er nu tilbage i normal drift, men fortsætter med at overvåge de berørte systemer tæt.

Vi oplever desværre i øjeblikket problemer med opkald fra Skype / Teams fejler sporadisk mod andre operatører

Vi er ved at identificere årsagen til problemet og vender tilbage med status senest klokken 09:00 på mandag.
