Identified - Kære kunde,

Vi oplever i øjeblikket at kunder der har Competella sammen med Microsoft Teams får problemer med at modtage kald. Fejlen skyldes en opdatering , som Microsoft løbende ruller på Teams, der forstyrrer Presence imellem Teams og Skype for Business, som Competella er forbundet til.
Da ikke alle kunder har fået denne opdatering endnu, er der forskel fra kunde til kunde.

Fejlen er meldt til Microsoft, som arbejder på at løse det, men desværre er der ingen ETA.

Hvis I oplever fejlen er den hurtigste workaround at Competella agenter via:
https://uc3p1comp.competella.ontdc.net/competellaagentportal/home/Index, og vælger svarsted til at være "Other device" og derefter vælge Teams telefonnummer.

Dear customer,

We are currently experiencing that customers who have Competella together with Microsoft Teams have problems receiving calls. The bug is due to an update that Microsoft is constantly rolling out on Teams that disrupts Presence between Teams and Skype for Business, to which Competella is connected.
As not all customers have received this update yet, there is a difference from customer to customer.

The bug has been reported to Microsoft, which is working to resolve it, but unfortunately there is no ETA.

If you experience the error, the fastest workaround is to Competella agents via:
https://uc3p1comp.competella.ontdc.net/competellaagentportal/home/Index, and select the reply location to be "Other device" and then select Teams phone number.

Hvornår?
Fra mandag den 16. maj 2022 klokken 21.00 og tre timer frem - indtil klokken 00.00 tirsdag morgen.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
I tidsrummet vi I ikke kunne tilgå Selvbetjening eller SkyApp. I vil heller ikke kunne foretage API-kald mod Selvbetjening.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og løsningen vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems, we are announcing an emergency service window. In the service window we will work on central database servers used by Self-service and SkyApp.

When?
Starting Monday 16 May at 9 PM and continuing for three hours - until 0 AM on Tuesday morning.

What does that mean to you?
During the service window, Self-service and SkyApp will be unavailable. API calls towards Self-service will also be unavailable.

When the service window is over, the solution will work as before.

Monitoring - Microsoft backend team arbejder forsat på en permanent løsning.
Fejlen er global i Microsoft Teams og kan derfor ikke rettes af TDC / Nuuday, men påvirker selvfølgelig vores fælles Teams telefoni kunder.
Vi er i dialog med Microsoft som holder TDC / Nuuday opdateret så snart der er udsigt til en løsning, på nuværende tidspunkt ingen ETA.

Update - Vi har nu identificeret årsagen til problemet og eskaleret til Microsoft. Vi følger løbende op på Microsoft, men har ikke nogen tidshorisont for en løsning.

We are currently experiencing problems with search via the web client, wich results in to many hits. The current workaround is to make search entries more specific

The error has been reported to Zylinc, wich are investigating the issue but we unfortunately have no ETR yet.

During the maintenance window you might experience that Zylinc Novus will not work as normal.
We recommend that after the maintance, you reboot.

Once the maintenance window has been completed – the solution will return to normal operation.
