Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores systemer, varsler vi et haste-servicevindue. I servicevinduet skal vi arbejde på vores UC1-miljø, der blandt andet håndterer kald og Skype for Business-aktivitet.

Hvornår?
Fra i aften tirsdag den 20. august 2019 klokken 20.00 og syv timer frem - indtil klokken 03.00 onsdag morgen.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
I tidsrummet kan der være udfald på længerevarende samtaler, altså samtaler over en time. Derudover kan der i servicevinduet være nedetid på Skype for Business og CC TouchPoint.

Vi anbefaler alle kunder, der har kritisk telefoni i tidsrummet, at få viderestilling til mobile ringegrupper aktiveret. Det kan I gøre ved at kontakte TDC Erhverv Cloud Support.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og løsningen vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems, we are announcing an emergency service window. In the service window, we will work on our UC1 environment, which handles calls and Skype for Business activity.

When?
Starting tonight, Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 8 PM and the following seven hours - until 3am on Wednesday morning.

What does that mean to you?
During the service window, there may be lost phone conversations, if the conversation lasts over an hour. In addition, there may be downtime on Skype for Business and CC TouchPoint.

We recommend that all customers who have critical telephony in the time period activate forward to mobile call groups. You can do this by contacting TDC Business Cloud Support.

When the service window is over, the solution will work as before.
