Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores systemer varsler vi et servicevindue. I servicevinduet skal vi opdatere centrale dele af vores kaldshåndteringssoftware.

Arbejdet kan medføre driftsforstyrrelser på talekald til og fra alle vores løsninger - altså fx TDC Erhverv Teams, Skype for Business og Competella - samt mobiltelefonkald. Forstyrrelserne vil være af højst 20 minutters varighed.

Vi beklager på forhånd eventuelle gener, arbejdet medfører.

Hvornår?
Den 23. februar 2021 klokken 00.00 og fire timer frem – indtil kokken 04.00. Altså natten mellem mandag og tirsdag.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
I tidsrummet kan du opleve driftsforstyrrelser på talekald til og fra alle vores løsninger - altså fx TDC Erhverv Teams, Skype for Business og Competella - samt mobiltelefonkald. Forstyrrelserne vil være af højst 20 minutters varighed.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og jeres løsninger vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems, we hereby schedule a maintenance window. The window will allow us to work on core call handling software.

The work may entail operational disruptions on calls to all and from all our solutions - e.g. TDC Erhverv Teams, Skype for Business and Competella - including mobile phone calls. The disruptions will last a maximum of 20 minutes.

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the work.

When?
23 Februar 2021 at 00:00 AM and the following 4 hours - until 04:00 AM. The night between Monday and Tuesday.

What does this mean to you?
During the maintenance window you may experience operational disruptions on calls to all and from all our solutions - e.g. TDC Erhverv Teams, Skype for Business and Competella - including mobile phone calls. The disruptions will last a maximum of 20 minutes.

Once the maintenance window has been completed, there is no need for action on your end – the solution will return to normal operation.

I tidsrummet kan der være udfald på telefonkald og konferencekald over 10 minutter, som man har modtaget eller igangsat via Skype for Business. Derudover kan der i servicevinduet være op til en times nedetid på Skype for Business-servicen (chat, videokald osv.).

Tuesday 16 February, Wednesday 17 February, Thursday 18 February and Friday 19 February: All four days from 10:00 PM and the following six hours - until 04:00 AM to following day.

What does this mean to you?
During this period, there may be outages of telephone calls and conference calls lasting over 10 minutes that have been received or initiated via Skype for Business. In addition, there may be up to one hour of downtime on the Skype for Business service (chat, video calling, etc.).

Phone calls that run outside of Skype for Business - such as landline to mobile phone or mobile phone to mobile phone - will not be affected.

Resolved - Vi er nu tilbage i normal drift, men fortsætter med at overvåge de berørte systemer tæt.
