Vi har desværre siden slut sidste uge oplevet nedenstående.

Vi oplever i øjeblikket stabilitets problemer på kald igennem Competella CCD via Skype for business.

Problemet kan vis sig i dobbelt opkalds vinduer på Skype for business, forkert nummervisning, samt mails ved ubesvaret kø kald - og andre uhensigtsmæssigheder af kalds håndteringen.

Der arbejdes på højtryk i vores tekniske team, i fællesskab med vores leverandør på en stabil løsning.

Vi oplever desværre i øjeblikket problemer med indringning på mobiler samt fastnet. Udringning fra disse er ikke berørt
Teams til Teams samt Skype til Skype vil ligeledes virke

Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores systemer, varsler vi et servicevindue, hvor vi skal opdatere certifikater på centrale komponenter, der håndterer kaldsaktivitet til og fra Teams.

Hvornår?
Søndag den 4. april fra klokken 22.00 og fire timer frem - indtil klokken 02.00 mandag den 5. april.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
I tidsrummet kan der være korte udfald på telefonkald og konferencekald, som man har modtaget eller igangsat via Teams.

Telefonkald udenom Teams - fx fastnettelefon til mobiltelefon eller mobiltelefon til mobiltelefon - vil ikke være berørt.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og løsningen vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems, we hereby schedule a maintenance window that will allow us to update certificates on central components that handle call activity to and from Teams.

When?
Sunday 4 April from 10:00 PM and the following four hours - until 02:00 AM on Monday 5 April..

What does this mean to you?
During this period, there may be short outages of telephone calls and conference calls that have been received or initiated via Teams.

Phone calls that run outside of Teams - such as landline to mobile phone or mobile phone to mobile phone - will not be affected.
