Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores systemer, varsler vi et servicevindue. I servicevinduet skal vi arbejde på vores Skype for Business-miljøer.

Vi beklager eventuelle gener, arbejdet medfører.

Hvornår?
Fra lørdag den 11. december klokken 22.00 og 8 timer frem - indtil klokken 06.00 næste morgen.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
I dele af tidsrummet vil brugere ikke vil kunne skifte kodeord på vores Skype for Business-løsning.

For kunder på produktet Skype for Business Express (med adressen @ontdc.net) vil samtlige Skype-funktioner være utilgængelige i tidsrummet.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og løsningen vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems and to correct critical issues, we hereby schedule an emergency maintenance window. The window will allow us to work on our Skype for Business environments.

We apologise for and any inconveniences caused by the work.

When?
From Saturday 11 December at 10:00 PM and the following 8 hours - until 6.00 AM the following day.

What does this mean to you?
During parts of the maintenance window, users will not be able to change password on the Skype for Business solution.

Customers on the product Skype for Business Express (using the address @ontdc.net) will experience downtime on all Skype features during the entire maintenance window.

Once the maintenance window has been completed, there is no need for action on your end – the solution will return to normal operation.
