Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores systemer, varsler vi et haste-servicevindue. I servicevinduet skal vi arbejde på centrale databaseservere, som Selvbetjening og SkyApp benytter.

Hvornår?
Fra onsdag den 11. december 2019 klokken 21.00 og fire timer frem - indtil klokken 01.00 torsdag morgen.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
I tidsrummet vi I ikke kunne tilgå Selvbetjening eller SkyApp. I vil heller ikke kunne foretage API-kald mod Selvbetjening.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og løsningen vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems, we are announcing an emergency service window. In the service window we will work on central database servers used by Self-service and SkyApp.

When?
Starting Wednesday 11 December 2019 at 9 PM and continuing for four hours - until 1 AM on Thursday morning.

What does that mean to you?
During the service window, Self-service and SkyApp will be unavailable. API calls towards Self-service will also be unavailable.

When the service window is over, the solution will work as before.

Resolved - Vi er nu tilbage i normal drift, men fortsætter med at overvåge de berørte systemer tæt.
