Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores systemer varsler vi et servicevindue. I servicevinduet skal vi opdatere centrale dele af vores kaldshåndteringssoftware.

Arbejdet vil medføre driftsforstyrrelser på talekald til og fra alle vores løsninger - altså fx TDC Erhverv Teams, Skype for Business og Competella - samt mobiltelefonkald. Forstyrrelserne vil være af højst 20 minutters varighed.

Vi beklager på forhånd eventuelle gener, arbejdet medfører.

Hvornår?
Fra onsdag den 13. januar 2021 klokken 00.00 og fire timer frem – indtil kokken 04.00.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
I tidsrummet kan du opleve driftsforstyrrelser på talekald til og fra alle vores løsninger - altså fx TDC Erhverv Teams, Skype for Business og Competella - samt mobiltelefonkald. Forstyrrelserne vil være af højst 20 minutters varighed.

Når servicevinduet er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og jeres løsninger vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems, we hereby schedule a maintenance window. The window will allow us to work on core call handling software.

The work will entail operational disruptions on calls to all and from all our solutions - e.g. TDC Erhverv Teams, Skype for Business and Competella - including mobile phone calls. The disruptions will last a maximum of 20 minutes.

We apologise for any inconveniences caused by the work.

When?
From Wednesday 13 January 2021 at 00:00 AM and the following 4 hours - until 04:00 AM.

What does this mean to you?
During the maintenance window you may experience operational disruptions on calls to all and from all our solutions - e.g. TDC Erhverv Teams, Skype for Business and Competella - including mobile phone calls. The disruptions will last a maximum of 20 minutes.

Once the maintenance window has been completed, there is no need for action on your end – the solution will return to normal operation.
