Som en del af vores arbejde med at vedligeholde og yderligere forbedre vores systemer, varsler vi et servicevindue, der finder sted over to nætter. I servicevinduet skal vi arbejde på et af vores servermiljøer, der blandt andet håndterer kald og Skype for Business-aktivitet.

Hvornår?
Fredag den 29. oktober og lørdag den 30. oktober: Begge dage fra klokken 22.00 og syv timer frem - indtil klokken 05.00 den følgende morgen.

Hvad betyder det for jer?
For visse kunder vil der være udfald på telefonkald og konferencekald over 10 minutter, som man har modtaget eller igangsat via Skype for Business. Der kan også være nedetid på Skype for Business-servicen (fx chat og videokald). Derudover vil der for alle Skype for Business-kunder være nedetid på Selvbetjening.

Telefonkald udenom Skype for Business - fx fastnettelefon til mobiltelefon eller mobiltelefon til mobiltelefon - vil ikke være berørt.

Når servicevinduerne er overstået, skal I ikke foretage jer noget, og løsningen vil virke som før.

As part of our work to maintain and further improve our systems, we hereby schedule a maintenance window that will take place over two nights. The window will allow us to work on one of our server environments that handle calls and Skype for Business activity.

When?
Friday 29 October and Saturday 30 October: Both days from 10:00 PM and the following seven hours - until 05:00 AM to following morning.

What does this mean to you?
Some of our customers will experience outages of telephone calls and conference calls lasting over 10 minutes received or initiated via Skype for Business. There will also be downtime on the Skype for Business service (chat, video calling, etc.). Additionally, all our Skype for Business customers will experience downtime on Self-service.

Phone calls that run outside of Skype for Business - such as landline to mobile phone or mobile phone to mobile phone - will not be affected.

Once the maintenance window has been completed, there is no need for action on your end – the solution will return to normal operation.

Resolved - Microsoft melder, at den globale fejl omkring kald igennem Teams, nu er løst. Vi kan ligeledes se at kald fint kommer igennem igen vores kunder. Tak for tålmodigheden, og rigtig god aften.

Update - Vi router pt. trafikken igennem andre lande, hvilket lader til, at have en positiv effekt på kald igennem Teams for vores kunder. Vi afventer fortsat Microsoft, og at vi igen kan route kald igennem de oprindelige kanaler igen.
